Took a friend's neighbor's old barn cat in b/c she had a wound on her head that would not heal (and she was rough all around). My first visit was A+. Jeannette, who got us in next-day (drop-off to work into Dr. Larson's day), was great, and Dr. Larson understood exactly what was needed--address the cat's immediate issues in a streamlined way, and, if situation/time/money allowed in the future, adjust her circumstances (wet food, sustained flea/tick meds, etc.). GREAT communicator. Left a detailed voicemail for me. Covered all bases. Came out to speak with me as I was checking out. He and his team even brushed the old cat, who had mats along her spine. I'm hard to please, and I was very gratified by how the old cat and I were treated.

Dr. Larson is truly a testament to his profession! He showed compassion and professionalism to our son and his "Best Friend" when Cooper was very lithargic, could not stand and would not eat or drink! He helped carry him in on a late Sat. morning, with No appointment and diagnosed the problem! The pup is being treated and is responsive to the treatment, at this point! He was also available for follow up questions and concerns that weekend. It is so nice to see and have a Vet who is so compassionate, caring and responsive!
